Application and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (these “Terms”) apply to all cleaning services provided by Leo Clean (“we,” “our,” or “us”) for our customers (“you”). Your engagement in our services or placement of service orders through any means signifies your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance includes the terms detailed in the confirmation email provided by Leo Clean for the requested services (the “Confirmation”). The Terms, in conjunction with the Confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between Leo Clean and you, superseding any prior agreements or communications. Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by Leo Clean, these Terms take precedence over any other terms and conditions presented by you.

Safety of Employees

• Leo Clean ensures the safety of its employees through workers’ compensation insurance in accordance with applicable laws.
• To maintain our employees’ health and safety:
We refrain from moving anything exceeding 35 lbs. If cleaning behind heavy furniture or appliances is required, please ensure they are moved before our arrival to facilitate access to the target area.
Our team does not engage in climbing activities beyond a 2-step stool, ladders, or standing on unstable surfaces.

Materials posing hazards to our employees’ health or safety will be left undisturbed. Such materials encompass, but are not restricted to, items or areas containing bodily fluids, excretions, needles, band substances, and litter boxes. Our teams are instructed to work around areas containing such hazardous materials. In instances of excessive contamination, our team will vacate the area. Should our team feel their personal safety is compromised (e.g., presence of an intoxicated individual in the home, unrestrained aggressive animals, exposure to drugs or firearms), the team will leave the Premises, and you remain responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service. We will attempt to contact you by phone in such circumstances.


Insect infestations present safety risks to our employees and may prevent us from completing the cleaning. Encountering ants, termites, roaches, fleas, bedbugs, etc., during service will prompt us to refrain from cleaning or vacuuming the Premises. In such cases, we will leave the Premises and contact you regarding the issue.

Equipment and Supplies

Leo Clean takes pride in providing all essential equipment, supplies, and eco-friendly cleaning products necessary to carry out our services effectively. Our team utilizes industry-standard, environmentally conscious cleaning tools and vegan products specifically formulated for optimal cleaning results.


We accept the following forms of payment: e-transfer to the address celine@leoclean.ca, check and cash. Payment must be made in full to Leo Clean upon completion of service.

Fees and Pricing

The fees indicated in the Confirmation serve as estimates and are subject to change in accordance with these Terms, contingent upon the actual condition of the Premises. Leo Clean reserves the right to adjust its fees periodically, providing notice to you.

Cancellation Policy

• If cancellation occurs within two business days (48 hours), a charge equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service applies.
• In the event Leo Clean arrives at the Premises and cannot gain entry, you will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service.

Lockout Policy

Should Leo Clean face difficulty gaining access to the Premises during the One-Hour Arrival Window, a member of our Customer Care Team will contact you via phone and/or email for further instructions. Our team will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes before proceeding to their next appointment. Failure to grant access within 15 minutes will result in a charge for 100% of the scheduled service.

Access to Premises

You have the option to provide Leo Clean with access to the Premises via a key or door code. For security purposes, we suggest providing a key or door code, as your scheduled cleaning time may vary for each service appointment. All keys are kept secure in our key safe, coded for security without personal identification attached. Alternatively, if unable to provide a key or door code, meeting Leo Clean’s team at the Premises is necessary.

Security Alarm

If the Premises are equipped with a security system, please ensure it is deactivated or provide Leo Clean’s office with the necessary codes and input sequence before the scheduled cleaning. Leo Clean is not liable for false alarms or misuse of the alarm system should it remain armed during the service.


To schedule your One-time or Recurring Cleaning Appointments, please provide us your Time Preference Window. We strive to accommodate your preferred cleaning time within your Time Preference Window.

While Leo Clean endeavors to assign the same cleaning team members for regular services, unforeseen circumstances such as vacations, illness, or personnel changes may result in alternate team members or a different team leader. If, due to specific characteristics of the Premises, additional time is required beyond the agreed-upon duration, we will contact you for authorization before continuing, with any additional costs disclosed beforehand.

Pets Escaping From The Premises

Leo Clean is not liable for pets that inadvertently escape when our team enters or exits the Premises. If your pet will be free-roaming during the cleaning, please inform us in advance to ensure extra caution. Our teams are trained to promptly close doors upon entering or leaving the Premises, minimizing the risk of pets escaping.


Optimal cleaning results are achieved in a clutter-free environment. Heavy clutter may impact the estimated service duration provided and may necessitate additional time. Leo Clean reserves the right to request extra time or discuss adjustments due to heavily cluttered areas affecting the estimated service.

24-Hour Guarantee

Understanding the personalized nature of our service, we aim for your complete satisfaction with our cleaning. Leo Clean does not offer refunds; however, if any serviced areas do not meet your expectations, kindly notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will arrange a complimentary re-visit to address the identified areas to your satisfaction.

Damage/Loss to Property

Leo Clean is fully bonded and insured. Any damages to or loss of property must be reported within 48 hours of the completion of the service. Key replacement or locksmith fees incurred due to misplaced or miscoded keys by Leo Clean or its employees will be covered by Leo Clean, limited to $100 per Premises.

Leo Clean disclaims liability for:

• Loss or damage to improperly secured items (e.g., heavy pictures not securely fastened to walls).
• Pre-existing damages (e.g., scratches or dings in windows, paint, furniture, floors, or walls).
• Damages resulting from faulty or improper installation of items.
• Surfaces (e.g., marble, granite) not appropriately sealed, potentially sustaining damage during cleaning.

Fragile or highly breakable items must be secured or removed by you before the cleaning appointment. Any specific items you wish to exclude from cleaning or handling should be communicated to our office in advance.

Wear and Tear

Over time, natural wear and tear can affect various areas of your property. Certain spaces like baseboards, shower bottoms, or window tracks may show signs of wear that could persist even after cleaning. Our cleaning services aim to enhance the appearance of these areas, yet complete restoration may require multiple services or may not be attainable through cleaning alone.

Carpet Cleaning

Leo Clean endeavors to eliminate stains from carpets to the best of our ability. However, success in removing all stains cannot be guaranteed.


By engaging Leo Clean’s services, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we collect through your use of our services, and the purposes for which such information is collected, used, and disclosed.
