Yes, we’re excited to offer a refill program to help reduce waste. Since we believe in sustainability, we’ve developed a refill system to minimize our carbon footprint. Rather than making separate trips for each customer, we schedule specific routes in Metro Vancouver to offer home refills efficiently. You can contact us or register on our Refill Route page to sign up, where we’ll gather details such as your location and preferred frequency for refills.

We will then contact you to inform you about availability and schedule a refill at your home. Our goal is to offer refills along designated routes to minimize the carbon footprint, which is why we focus on specific days in certain areas of Metro Vancouver to ensure that we’re reducing unnecessary travel while serving multiple customers in a single trip.

How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

You can reschedule or cancel your cleaning by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

What happens if the cleaners can’t access my home?

If we can’t enter the premises within 15 minutes of arrival, a lockout fee equal to 100% of the service cost will apply.

Can I expect the same cleaning team each time I book a service?

We do our best to send the same team for regular clients, but due to vacations or scheduling, this may vary.

What if I’m not home during the cleaning?

No problem! You can provide us with a key or a door code for secure access. If you prefer to be home, that's fine too!

How frequently can I book your services?

Do you offer satisfaction guarantees?

Yes! If you're not happy with any serviced area, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll arrange a complimentary re-clean.
